Privacy Policy

Mi Lista ("we", "our", or "the app") is a shopping list app for iOS. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
List data
When you use the list-sharing feature, the contents of your shared lists are transmitted to and stored on our servers (api.milista.org) so that collaborators can receive updates in real time. Lists you never share stay entirely on your device.
Push tokens
When you join a shared list, your device's Expo push token is sent to our server so we can deliver item-update notifications to you. We do not use this token for marketing.
Crash and error reports
We use Sentry (sentry.io) to collect anonymous crash reports and error logs. These may include device model, OS version, and a stack trace. They do not include your list contents or any personally identifiable information.
Purchase information
If you subscribe to Mi Lista Premium, Apple processes your payment. We receive only a signed receipt (JWS token) to verify your subscription status. We do not store your payment details.
What we do not collect
- Your name, email address, or account credentials
- Location data
- Camera or microphone access
- Contacts
Data retention
Shared list data is stored on our servers for as long as the list remains active. You can delete a shared list at any time, which removes it from our servers. Push tokens are deleted when you leave a shared list.
Third-party services

Children's privacy
Mi Lista is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
